Concept
Since the body works
synergistically, as one unit in everyday activities, we believe that is
how the body should be trained --as a whole, not broken up into individual
parts. Our core, the center of the body (abdominals, buttocks and back
muscles) is the driving force of all human movement. A well conditioned
core provides strength and stability to the body. Most injuries and muscle
imbalances originate from a weak core. By strengthening this weakness, you
will strengthen your body from the inside out. |
