Studios is a progressive, private pilates-based fitness studio. We believe
in fitness training that emphasizes the natural movements of the body.

training techniques involve a combination of functional strength training
and Pilates, utilizing cable systems, Pilates equipment (springs and
pulleys), weights, and functional pieces of equipment such as various
fitness balls, balance boards, foam rolls, etc.
